The land is life.

Without the land, there is no life. We are made of earth, we cannot live without air to breathe, water to drink, soil to grow food.

The separations human beings have made from those basic truths are our downfall. How do we reconnect? How do we live in balance like the rest of nature?

Respecting our Mother as a living being, as the lifeblood of our bodies and the holder of our future is a first step. Protecting our Mother from destruction, from those who would tear apart the sacred and render the earth for profit is another. Living in balance is a lifelong journey, from recognizing our place in life to actualizing our ability to live our values.

We are committed to empowering all those who seek to mend what was broken, to learn and build together. We are committed to supporting community and living lifeways that have sustained our people for generations. Traditional foods and cultural knowledge are practices steeped in ecosystem — 80% of the world’s remaining biodiversity is in Indigenous hands — we honor our place in the web through living in mutuality.
